Composting Whiteness - Full Payment
Composting Whiteness: A Year-Long Decolonial Cohort
For people racialized as white, white-passing, white-presenting, or white-adjacent who are ready to stop causing harm and start doing the work of repair.
You have read the books. You have taken the trainings. You have posted the statements. And something still isn't right.
This is the container for that conversation.
Composting Whiteness is a year-long, rigorous, embodied decolonial cohort that excavates whiteness, anti-Blackness, and white supremacy from the ancestral lines, from the body and identity, and from your business and communal practices. It is explicitly decolonial in nature, drawing from Black women's intellectual tradition, African cosmological frameworks, abolitionist theory, liberation pedagogy, and somatic practice — built entirely outside the filter of whiteness itself.
This cohort works on three levels simultaneously, because whiteness operates on three levels simultaneously. The mind, through rigorous scholarly curriculum. The body and spirit, through somatic, arts-based, and Dagara cosmological ancestral practices. And the life, through five ongoing praxis pillars that restructure how you actually move through the world.
By the end of the year you will have traced your own colonizer ancestors by name, submitted your actual business materials for three rounds of cohort examination and rebuilding, made and sustained a living reparations commitment, and presented your Composting Statement — a full documented accounting of where you began, what you are releasing, and what you are building in its place.
This is not a training. It is not a certificate. It is a year of being in accountable, decolonial relationship with a Black woman who will tell you the truth.
What is included: 19 live Zoom sessions across 12 months, including 12 monthly cohort sessions, 3 Writing as Ancestral Connection workshops, and 3 Business Practicum sessions.
