Once enrollment is completed, no refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including schedule conflicts, changes in financial situation, or non-participation.

You understand that results vary based on your personal application and context.
If you are unable to attend a live session, you will be provided access to recordings (where recordings are included in the program structure). It is your responsibility to watch and integrate these materials.
If a program session is canceled due to facilitator emergency, a make-up session will be scheduled. If the facilitator is unable to complete the program for any reason, a prorated refund only for the incomplete portion may be issued at the facilitator’s discretion.
